New Software from the Horvath Lab Published in the Bioinformatics Journal

scsnviz

The Horvath Lab is excited to share that their latest software tool, “scSNViz: Visualization and Analysis of Cell-Specific Expressed SNVs,”  has been accepted in the Bioinformatics Journal.
scSNViz is the lab’s latest computational tool, designed to visualize and analyze cell-specific single nucleotide variants (SNVs) in single-cell datasets. By combining interactive plots, UMAP-based visualizations, and integration with downstream analyses, this software enables clearer interpretation of genetic heterogeneity at the cellular level.
The open-source software is available to the scientific community on GitHub: https://github.com/HorvathLab/scSNViz
We look forward to seeing how this latest software supports new discoveries in single-cell genomics research.
