A manuscript based on the insightful findings of Drs. Wenge Zhu, Yi Zhang, and their collaborating colleagues has been accepted by Nature Communications. This innovative study uncovers a previously unrecognized mechanism underlying therapeutic resistance to CDK4/6 inhibitors in breast cancer treatment. It also presents clinical evidence for developing therapeutic approaches to treat CDK4/6i-resistant breast cancer patients.
